We Care About Your Pet

We at Ruff Stuff know that your furry friend is part of the family and that’s why we go the extra mile to make sure your pet is safe and comfortable at our facility. When your pet first arrives at our luxury dog hotel resort we slowly introduce them to the rest of the guests and house them with only the dogs they get along with.

We also only accept friendly dogs at the facility to reduce the possibility of altercations. We then take care to make sure your pet is well exercised both on site with the handlers and other guests, and off site during hikes in the beautiful Squamish wilderness. All Dogs big and small are closely monitored 24 hours a day and every precaution is taken to eliminate any possibility of a guest running away.

At Ruff Stuff Dog Hotel in Vancouver, cleanliness is another top priority, we are careful to clean and sanitize our facility regularly including feed and water bowls between use. All of the bedding is changed regularly and on site waste is picked up and disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
