Order and Refund Policy for Ruff Stuff Online Store

Placing Orders

To place an order, simply add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to enter your delivery and billing information, as well as your preferred payment method. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@ruffstuff.ca. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellations if your order has already been processed or shipped.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused, unopened item(s) in their original packaging within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@ruffstuff.ca. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. 

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@ruffstuff.ca. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as well as cover the return shipping costs for the affected item(s).
